Got a tracking session in July with Signal Hill. Going to record drums & bass for a 7” split. Always great to work with Tim & Brian. Too bad Rishi & Dave are stuck on the wrong coast.
A nice reminder that this is how I’d like to collaborate soon. Send off my ideas to other band members and have them record their parts. Like passing around a 4-track cassette. except...

should get my guitar back this week. its been 3 months. and i’ve got all next weekend to dig through all my ideas and start working on tunes again. and i’ll begin finishing them as well. at which point i’d need a band, but i won’t get ahead of myself.

a million little things
just need to write a bunch of lyrics and edit later. that’s the only way anything is gonna get done. my new year’s resolution of writing a song a month for the next year is 5 months old and haven’t finished a song yet. shame shame. i’ll pick up the pace in the next 7 months.
